TERMS OF SERVICE

1.1 – The user declares not to use the service for purposes that may violate the laws in force in the country of residence.
1.2 – The user will be held solely responsible for any violations of laws that may be committed through this service.
1.3 – Accounts inactive for at least 12 months are automatically deleted. In case of non-validation, the account is deleted after one month.
1.4 – Futurando periodically backs up the site: in no case, however, will it be liable for any damage deriving from any interruption of the service and/or loss of data not dependent on its own omissions.
1.5 – The user expressly declares to agree that Futurando cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the user (and/or to third parties) resulting from the use of the site.
1.6 – The deliberate non-compliance with the above will result in the immediate deletion of the user from the site.
1.7 – By using the Futurando services, the user agrees to the terms of the service.

PRIVACY POLICY

2.1 – Futurando (RPD-DPO) recognizes the importance of protecting personal data, of which it comes into contact through the provision of the service.
2.2 – Therefore, informs that the personal data provided by the interested parties are processed, by automated means, by Futurando, Calle José Franchy Roca, 24/3 – 35007 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (SP) in the person of the legal representative Guido Prayer, under of Legislative Decree 196/03. Code regarding the protection of personal data and the Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 concerning the protection of individuals about the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data.
2.3 – According to the same Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the interested party may exercise the related rights including consulting, modifying, deleting their data, or opposing their processing for legitimate reasons, by contacting the person responsible for Futurando, Calle José Franchy Roca, 24/3–35007 Las Palmas de G. 2.4 – The collection and processing of such data are necessary for the execution of the obligations deriving from the provision of the service which is the subject of the contractual relationship, limited to the purposes connected with the operational and administrative management of the service.
2.5 – Personal data are not transferred to third countries outside the European Union and are provided directly by the User during the registration phase for the service: they are collected, in digital format, in the database owned by Futurando (which records the processing operations), and on the web server provided by HOST Spa (www.host.it), Corso Svizzera 185, 10149, Turin in the person of the legal representative Marco Mangione.
2.6 – The Host Spa guarantees the continuity of the service and the impossibility of data loss thanks to the use of three interconnected Data Centers located in three different locations: Turin, Pisa, and Lucca.
2.7 – Its security measures guarantee a level of security adequate to the risk of the processing. Access to the Data Centers is allowed only to authorized personnel and is certified through biometric readers.
2.8 – To access the service, registration on the online platform is required: only the name, surname, and e-mail address are requested as personal data.
2.9 – By registering, the user gives consent to the collection and processing of data
2.10 – The processing of such data (solely for the purposes of the service) is explicitly permitted by the User at the time of registration confirmation and does not involve automated decision-making processes, such as profiling using Cookies. The software, in fact, only installs the Cookie Accept and the session cookies: the latter are automatically deleted when the connection session to the software is closed.
2.11 – The other personal data collected concerns the documents that the Data Controller (the Administrator) publishes in digital format using the online bulletin board service. Their access is strictly reserved for users of the software and is allowed only through the Invitation Code provided to the interested parties by the Data Controller.
2.12 – The right to data portability and access is inherent in the service itself and allows interested parties to collect personal data: each User can access the Notice Board and personally download all the documents concerning him/her.
2.13 – The retention period of a User’s personal data (and related personal documents) is bound by the User’s right of access to the service: in case the User loses the right to access the Notice Board, all his personal documents are deleted by the Owner by deleting the User’s reserved area.
2.14 – To exercise the right to cancel the registration data for the service (name, surname, e-mail), the User must make a request directly to the manager Futurando, Calle José Franchy Roca, 24/3 – 35007 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (SP) – E-mail: futurando@iol.it
